Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for site and office positions
Coordinate onboarding processes including contract issuance, orientation, and submission of statutory forms (e.g., CPF, work pass applications).
Maintain manpower records and monitor expiry of permits and passes.
2. HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WICA, and workplace safety standards.
Handle disciplinary matters and grievances in coordination with supervisors and management.
3. Training & Development
Coordinate WSQ courses, safety training and other skills development programmes.
Maintain training records and ensure mandatory certifications are up to date.
4. Payroll & Benefits
Support monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and OT data.
Administer employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance, and allowances.
Manage leave administration using HRIS or manual systems.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize staff engagement activities, welfare programs, and festive events.
Support foreign workers in accommodation, renewals, and transport coordination.
6.
Any other duties
Any other administrative duties assigned by Head of HR
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
2-4 years in HR, preferably in construction, pre-cast, or heavy industries.
Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Able to handle site HR matters independently
+ Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
