We are now looking for a proactive and high caliber candidate for the position of \xe2\x80\x9cSales Associate\xe2\x80\x9d to join us. You will report to the Operation Manager, and play a critical role in establishing and sustaining an environment where guests are the center of the shopping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve Company\xe2\x80\x99s designated goals and KPIs under the leadership of store\xe2\x80\x99s Operation Manager;
• Provide store customer services, maximize sales turnover & profitability and contribute to branch efficiencies, through application of Brand Values and build customer loyalty while raising brand awareness;
• Maintain proper standards of all visual merchandising and image guidelines set by Moleskine;
• Run all store operations including as well opening and closing the store, ensuring proper cash management and cash register policies, use of sale POS System;
• Other related work assigned by Operation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-year experience in retail operation / customer services;
• Be strong at self-motivating to achieve the sales target & delivering outstanding services;
• Able to multi-task & work in a fast-moving environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with passion in culture, travelling and arts;
• Good customer service skill with pleasant, outgoing personality and positive attitude;
• Good command of spoken English, other Asian language is a plus;
• Candidates may be required to work in rotation in different shop locations;
• Immediately available or short notice period is definitely an advantage.
