The Workforce Development Division is dedicated to enhancing the skills and capabilities of the workforce through strategic initiatives and executive development programs. This role involves leading the strategic development and review of policies, overseeing program planning and evaluation, and driving data-informed decision-making to enhance the impact and operational effectiveness of the division. The incumbent will also spearhead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen the division's role in workforce development and the larger Human Capital ecosystem.
This position supports the strategic management of government-funded and non-funded workforce transformation and talent programs, including the Career Conversion Programmes (CCP), the Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP), the Enterprise and Workforce Transformation Programme (EWTP), the Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark), the Job Skills Integrator for Wholesale Trade (JSIT-WST), the Skills Development Partner (SDP) for Green Skills and Trade and Investment, and the Learn@SBI.
