What the role is
You will be part of a team within HSA’s Strategy and Business Transformation Department that manages HSA’s digitalisation and data analytics initiatives to achieve HSA’s transformation outcome of “a lean, agile and digital organisation that meets our stakeholders’ needs”. Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Chief Digitalisation Strategy Officer and HSA Chief Data Officer to drive HSA’s digitalization and data analytics strategy and plans. • Liaise with MOH and WOG Central Agencies on HSA’s digitalization and data analytics plans and reporting of key performance indicators. • Work with stakeholders on various digitalisation initiatives, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation. • Support the HSA’s divisions needs for data and analysis to enhance business operations and programmes. • Monitor and evaluate HSA’s performance against targets as set out in the Strategy Map, and propose action plans to improve organizational results as necessary. • Drive change by managing outreach initiatives and encouraging stakeholders to embrace digital transformation. • Support secretariat functions at decision-making forums and senior management meetings. Job Requirements: • A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines. • Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in strategy and plans or related fields. • Candidates that are competent in Data Analytics have an advantage.
