Oversee and support finance processes for the Division\xe2\x80\x99s foreign operations.
Perform financial analyses and coordinate valuation exercises.
Evaluate projects and support projects on areas including financial due diligence, tax structuring, contract reviews, funding plans and financial impact assessments.
Review of the Division\xe2\x80\x99s financials and preparation of periodic financial reporting material for senior management.
Support budgeting, offsite and strategy planning exercises.
Assists on accounting matters and year-end preparation of financial statements.
Liaise with external parties including finance advisors, appraisals, auditors, consultants and legal counsels.
Perform similar financial duties in other ad-hoc projects or assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Competencies
Good Degree in Finance or Accounting, ACCA or equivalent and preferably Singapore CA.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with big four audit experience. Commercial, investment deals and/or group consolidation experience will be an advantage.
Ability to analyse data, prepare financial models, assess risks and present findings.
Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI).
Good team player with strong communication skills to work well with different functions and levels.
