Job Description
What the role is:You will be part of the human resources team responsible for the following roles:What you will be working on:
- Manage effective onboarding, transfer and off boarding of employees; prompt assignment and removal of job entitlements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for HR record management, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee data in HR systems and digitalisation of employee documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the organisation set up in the enterprise system which forms the backbone for other HR systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accurate and timely HR analytics and reporting, manpower surveys required by internal and external stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive HR SMART projects, working with various stakeholders, to deliver positive employee experiences and improve HR efficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage other employee services and communications e.g. issuance of Staff Pass and renewal of Work Pass, announcement
