Responsibilities

• You will manage the full spectrum of the HR central resourcing of medical specialists from interviewing to on-boarding

• You will strategise and conduct manpower discussions in the cluster by working closely with stakeholders and identify instability in the workforce

• You will provide professional advice on the interpretations of HR policies, procedures and legislation

• You will provide supervision to the junior executives in the team to ensure efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes and services

• You will undertake projects which may be assigned from time to time
