THE ROLE The Nurse Manager reports to the Senior Assistant Director of Nursing and is responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the Operating Theatre and to ensure that the department wo THE ROLE The Nurse Manager reports to the Senior Assistant Director of Nursing and is responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the Operating Theatre and to ensure that the department works in alignment with the goals set by Thomson Medical Centre. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide nursing leadership, management and ensures that the department attains the high standard of nursing care and conforms to the quality systems and procedures of the hospital. Responsible for manpower planning recruitment and budgeting. JOB REQUIREMENTS Registered with Singapore Nursing Board Degree/Advance Diploma in Perioperative At least 10 years of clinical experience with 3 to 5 years in Managerial role Able to commit perform on call duties
