Preparation of purchase order and issue invoice to client.
Assisting in basic financial record-keeping and data entry.
Managing office communications, including phone calls and emails.
Handled customer relations issues, enabling quick resolution, and client satisfaction.
Directed sales support staff in administrative tasks to help sales reps close deals.
Assist in hotel/flight bookings
Any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Preferred candidates with working experience in Mining Trading industry.
Comfortable to work with new start - up company in Singapore (trading office),
