My client is a renowned Healthcare Organization
Responsibilities

• Attending queries to patients
• Promote and educate health services/programmes.
• Attend to patient registration.
• Appointment making
• Billing collection

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Level and above
• At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience, preferably in healthcare sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (xc2xbd day Saturday)
