Responsibilities

• Plan and perform Quality Assurance activities for the mentioned discipline(s) within the project\'s life cycle
• Monitor compliance to the defined process and quality of the work products
• Identify gaps and non-conformances
• Drive the definition of improvement actions for the non-conformances and track their implementation to closure
• Communicate non-conformances & their associated risks to relevant stakeholders and escalate as per defined strategy
• Guide the team through coaching when the defined processes and guidelines are not correctly understood
• Represent the discipline quality towards the customer

Qualifications

Job Requirements (Required)

• Degree / Masters in Computer Science / Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development in Software / System discipline or minimum 3 years in Software / System Quality Assurance.
• Very good understanding of Software / Product development life cycle and development methodologies
• Good written and oral communication skills

• Experience with quality management methods, including auditing
• Experience with tools for quality management and for quality assurance
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Customer-oriented, able to learn independently and work systematically under tight schedules
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
• Ability to solve problems creatively; fluent in use of problem solving tools
• Willing to travel overseas for training and/or projects on short notice
• Knowledge of Functional Safety Management and Security
• Knowledge of legal process standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, CMMI, etc.)
• Knowledge of the product portfolio
• Soft skills: Knowledge of coaching and training techniques, Planning and organization skills, Proactiveness, Analytical capability
• Domain: Knowledge of embedded software development / hardware components / mechanical development & Knowledge of automotive technologies
