Job Description

- Conduct competency gaps analysis, generate insights and review career development roadmaps, strategies and programmes to better develop and engage talents
- Implement programmes identified for talent development and management, with a view on enhancing the programmes to ensure programme relevance
- Manage the Performance Management framework and process
- Participate in workforce planning exercises
- To ensure renumeration package remains competitive and is effective in attracting and retaining talents
- Oversee the review of internal HR policies
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, especially in the HR functions mentioned above
- Outstanding communication skills
- Team player who is independent, self-confident and has a self-motivated personality
- Has the drive to innovate and do things differently and better
- Passion to serve in a cause-driven organization
