Conduct competency gaps analysis, generate insights and review career development roadmaps, strategies and programmes to better develop and engage talents
Implement programmes identified for talent development and management, with a view on enhancing the programmes to ensure programme relevance
Manage the Performance Management framework and process
Participate in workforce planning exercises
To ensure renumeration package remains competitive and is effective in attracting and retaining talents
Oversee the review of internal HR policies
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, especially in the HR functions mentioned above
Outstanding communication skills
Team player who is independent, self-confident and has a self-motivated personality
Has the drive to innovate and do things differently and better
Passion to serve in a cause-driven organization
