Responsibilities:
  • Conduct competency gaps analysis, generate insights and review career development roadmaps, strategies and programmes to better develop and engage talents
  • Implement programmes identified for talent development and management, with a view on enhancing the programmes to ensure programme relevance
  • Manage the Performance Management framework and process
  • Participate in workforce planning exercises
  • To ensure renumeration package remains competitive and is effective in attracting and retaining talents
  • Oversee the review of internal HR policies
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, especially in the HR functions mentioned above
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Team player who is independent, self-confident and has a self-motivated personality
  • Has the drive to innovate and do things differently and better
  • Passion to serve in a cause-driven organization
