• Supporting the operations team by helping them to monitor the financials of the projects as well as ensuring compliance of project accounting to the financial reporting standards. This will include cost and revenue recognition based on the contract and the stages of completion.
• Provide comprehensive actual financial performance vs. budget variance and trend analysis of financials with insightful commentaries on a monthly basis. Analyzing and tracking the projects with material margin erosions and losses.
• Reviewing and tracking the projects\' health status and escalate any potential risk on onerous and loss-making projects to the Project Managers (PMs).
• Conduct monthly project status review meetings - PMR , EXIT ENTRY REVIEW, PROJECT CLOSING etc.
• Following up with the PMs on timely actions required for aged accrued revenue to ensure billing is done efficiently to maximize the company\'s cashflow position. (Unbilled and unearned revenue).
• Conducting trainings for the project manager on project governance and come up with areas to enhance the projects through automations and other digitization initiatives.
• Assisting FM on project forecasting, backlog margin reporting 8.Support the various process change initiatives that will allow harmonization across the region and continual process re-engineering.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
• 5-8 years of experience in the Accounting field as a Project Accountant
• CPA certification is an advantage
• Complete knowledge of accounting software, laws, and regulations
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
