Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review project scope, drawings, specifications, pricing schedules, and contract conditions to develop cost estimates for tenders. Prepare and submit tender documents, addressing client clarifications to secure project wins. Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for tender and quotation submissions. Generate engineering estimates, BOQs, and bid packages based on design specifications and method statements. Establish and monitor project budgets and prepare related cash flow forecasts aligned with the master program and payment schedules. Work closely with project teams to compile monthly progress data and supporting documents for timely progress claims. Submit progress claims to clients and ensure prompt receipt of payment certifications. Track and report design changes and variation orders, including preparing variation cost estimates for approval. Submit interim variation claims and monitor completion of variation works. Draft and issue subcontractor agreements, letters of award, and other related contractual documentation. Process and issue payment certificates for subcontractor work. Maintain organized records of project progress, payments, and related documentation. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or contract management.
