Senior/Research Fellow in Bioinformatics and Microbiome in Asst Prof Shen Xiaotao\'s lab at LKCMedicine.We are looking for a Senior/Research Fellow in Bioinformatics or Computational Biology, who will develop new computational algorithms to decode the comprehensive interactions between microbiome and metabolites/proteins, and how they affect human health. As a Senior/Research Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our understanding of microbiome-host interactions and their implications for human health, with a particular focus on aging and aging-related diseases, as well as pregnancy and pregnancy-related diseases. You will leverage your expertise in bioinformatics to develop innovative algorithms that analyze complex data sets, elucidating the role of microbiome-derived compounds and proteins in shaping host physiology and disease susceptibility.
