Position Summary

Responsible for marketing, promotion, driving traffic, conversion, sales and increase market shares within assigned online channels for all product category via Post Purchase Experience program

Role and Responsibilities

• Accountable for the online growth and success of all product category including Samsung.com
• Work closely with product team in developing promotion mechanics, driving traffic, and sell-out in assigned online channels such as, Samsung.com and marketplace.
• Develop, implement strategy which will improve on-site product search-ability, achieving maximum brand share on partner\xe2\x80\x99s online channels.
• Collaborate and liaise with online channel partners, SVC PPX team, ensuring great execution of programs or promotion campaign.
• Responsible for obtaining and tracking of sellout performance.
• Generate reports on promotional campaigns / channel performance, analysis and provide key learning.
• Maintain/update promotions and merchandising on Samsung.com online store.
• Lead, plan and execute online campaigns on Samsung.com
• Supplychain management and Fulfilment will be responsible

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in online or ecommerce
• Positive with can-do attitude
• Good understanding on eCommerce customer journey across brand eStore and marketplace
• Great team player with good communication skill and able to work in a matrix structure environment.
• Good understanding on e-commerce data sales analysis and ability to translate data into actionable items.
