Job Description
My client is a leading Private Hospital hiring for Staff Nurses, Senior Staff Nurse and Nurse Manager.
Keen in Multi-Disciplinary ward setting or Paediatric, Medical & Surgical, O&G, Post-Natal, NICU, Operating Theatre , Nursing Home.
Responsibilities
- Work together with healthcare team to provide integrated care for patients
- Provide daily nursing care to patients
- Observe patient's vital signs and condition
- Administrative medication to patients
- Oversee ward operations
- Assist doctors
- General nursing duties
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
- Registered nurse under Singapore Nursing Board
- Able to perform rotating shifts
5 days per week
- 7am to 2.30pm
- 2pm to 9.30pm
- 9pm to 7.30am
