Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer specs and translate them into software design.
Develop and integrate PLC, C#, and vision system code.
Implement motion control, interlocks, and anti-collision logic.
Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews.
Lead the full project lifecycle and coordinate with stakeholders.
Prepare training materials and train internal/external teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
+ 4 years' experience in automation/equipment control software.
Proficient in PLC programming (TwinCAT, Ladder, CoDeSys, IEC61131-3) and C#.NET.
Experience in SECS/GEM communication preferred.
Hands-on, independent, good communicator, and passionate about engineering.
