Responsible for on-time supply chain manufacturing execution as well as securing ST consigned material needs at assembly and test subcontractors.
Manage loading priorities under capacity constrains with optimizations

• Manage product group expectations with clear and concise communications
• Coordinate across various cross functional teams to support lot disposition and movement
• Create individual/Customized reports necessary relating operations process optimization
• Represent regional operations function and drive for continuous improvements projects internally within cross functional teams and externally with subcontracting partners
• Manage materials consigned to OSATs by ST
• Run Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process along with each S&OP exercise
• Manage physical and logical reconciliation tasks and duties
• Support local and overseas visits as necessary
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Profile

Candidates who posses the following elements are preferred:

• Demonstrate competency and experience with Backend Packaging Manufacturing processes in order to understand the context of supply chain & operations
• Robust problem solving skills in manufacturing (BUMP/EWS/ASSY/T&F) production shop floor
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Data driven analytics approach and strong numeric orientation
• Highly adaptable and proactive towards dynamic situations
• Ability to persevere and remain task orientated with high levels of focus under pressure
• Experience with Power- BI/QlikView software competencies is a plus
• Experience in analytical work relating to numeric fields is an added advantage
