What the role is:Senior/Technical Executive (Acad) /School of Engineering (Enabling Technology Collaborattory)What you will be working on:

• Develop, deploy, document and maintenance of applications in various cloud computing platforms including Government Cloud
• Participate in projects undertaken by the Centre which include planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation.
• Co-teaching in Academic course delivery in PET and CET programmes, internship and project supervision, and competition coaching as assigned.
• Support teaching staff and students during the conduct of Centre/laboratory sessions. Responsibilities include assisting in troubleshooting and issuing equipment and toolkits during lessons.
• Create training materials and conduct specialised courses for both PET and CET students.
• Support school operations, even on off-office hours, as needed.
• To undertake additional duties as assigned and contribute to TP-wide/School events e.g., Open House, Graduation, etc

What we are looking for:

• Qualification in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fields, with at least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in the respective field.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing systems, with good knowledge of various programming languages (such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, etc), Microsoft Power Platform, MS SQL/Oracle databases, frameworks, and cloud computing platforms (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, etc).
• Being familiar with Agile methodologies, ICT Security policies and standards such as IM8, etc will be an advantage.
• Monitor and assess the performance of deployed solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations as needed.
• The ability to use AI-related technology would be an advantage.
• Willing to learn and able to take on multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well together in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion and genuine interest to share knowledge and interact with young minds.
