This role involves a combination of creative and technical skills, aimed at increasing web traffic and elevating our brand's online presence with the ultimate KPI of delivering commercial returns.What youll doKey Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Implementation: Execute and refine SEO strategies for content, keywords, backlinks, etc., aligning with business objectives.
• SEO content delivery management: Owning the end-to-end delivery of SEO contents, in partnership with internal and external stakeholder
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content, incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on the website's traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
• Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed on the technical front.
• Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
• High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and German, Italian as a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Analytics or other SEO-related fields.
• Experience with web development or web design.
• Experience in trading/finance industry
