We are inviting candidates for the position of:





SEO Manager





The SEO Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance the overall visibility of client/brand websites. This role requires a mix of technical SEO expertise, content strategy, and analytical skills. In addition, the SEO Manager will serve as a client-facing lead, managing relationships, aligning deliverables with client objectives, and ensuring high-quality service across campaigns.





Duties and Responsibilities:





SEO Strategy & Execution


Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies. Optimize site architecture, page speed, mobile performance, and structured data. Design and manage link-building strategies that enhance digital PR and brand visibility. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices. Use tools such as Cheil Rank Up, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for insights and reporting. Track, measure, and report on KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions). Stay updated on algorithm updates, industry trends, and new SEO technologies. Provide training or guidance to internal teams and clients on SEO best practices. Leverage AI-driven tools for content creation, clustering, and keyword analysis. Use AI insights to optimize SERP performance, user intent mapping, and predictive search trends. Integrate AI automation in reporting, competitor analysis, and campaign monitoring. Experiment with emerging AI SEO techniques (e.g., AI-assisted content optimization, AI-based ranking predictions).
Client Servicing & Relationship Management


Act as point of contact for assigned SEO accounts. Understand client goals and translate them into actionable SEO and digital marketing strategies. Present campaign results, reports, and performance insights to clients on a regular basis. Build strong, trusted relationships by delivering value-added recommendations and proactive communication. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations, budgets, and timelines. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional digital services (e.g., content, paid media, analytics). Manage client feedback and ensure continuous service improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:



4-6+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally in an agency or digital environment. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.). Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making. * Project management and leadership abilities, with experience guiding both teams and client accounts.
