Sephora SEA's omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).
Sephora Internship Program - Data Analytics Intern (January to June 2026)
You will shine here if you enjoy...

• Enhancing existing dashboards / queries to make them more efficient
• Creating new dashboards / queries for upcoming features that are currently in the pipeline
• Creating visualisations for the leadership team based on Project SPOT (Single Point of Truth) scope
• Working on data modelling and data visualisation from Project SPOT's scope
• Building and debugging SQL queries for Sephora SEA's unified data platform (Starfish)
• Ensuring smooth integration of Starfish into Potion hyper-personalisation engine
• Contributing to cloud cost control initiatives by optimising Big Query usage and regular housekeeping

We would love to hear from you if you are/have...

• Knowledge and experience working with SQL and / or Python
• Good communications skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Innovative and creative, continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to boost commercial outcomes
• Self-initiated with a willingness to learn
