Provide maintenance and support services for day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Platforms including Cloud.
Provide support in migrating, upgrading, configuring, and administering the Enterprise Platforms
Unix/windows administration
Track, troubleshoot and resolve any reported technical issues.
Provide on-site support for all downtime for client-end, server-end and the following day standby support if required.
Monitor, and apply patches of applications and related platform components in all environments.
Support and ensure that the Enterprise Platforms are operational after patching.
Monitor alerts, investigate and resolve the problem within SLA.
Conduct system checks after facilities or preventive maintenance related activities.
