As a Waiter / Waitress you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Provide professional service to our guest.

• Generate memorable experiences.

• Have strong service and beverage skills.

• Promote and up sell hotel facilities.

• Be an ambassador of the hotel and company's culture and philosophy.

• Have a diploma / degree in hospitality and / or previous experience in a similar position for 1 – 3 years.

• Passion for people and service.

• Be calm under pressure.

• Have attention to detail.

• Be adaptable and enjoy team work leading towards achieving outstanding results.
