Job Description

As a Server at Boomarang, you will play an integral role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Customer Service

Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu offerings, specials, and beverages.

Order Management

Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to the outlet's service standards.

Dining Area Maintenance

Ensure tables are properly set before service and reset after guests have departed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, including compliance with hygiene standards.

Collaboration

Work effectively with team members, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist in other operational tasks as required, such as handling guest feedback or special requests.

Payments and Record Keeping

Process guest bills accurately using the outlet's Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain proper handling of cash and credit transactions.

Work Environment and Expectations

Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to the outlet's dress code and grooming standards. * Uphold the outlet's commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
