Job Description
Job Scope
Window Server staging operation including assembling, setup, installation troubleshooting of Windows Servers Patching, Hardening, Securing Wintel systems. Configuring and troubleshooting of VMware products. Configuring and troubleshooting various brands of servers & storages such as Lenovo, IBM, HP, DELL, etc. Basic network knowledge such us switching, routing and Firewall configuration/troubleshooting. Provide supporting documentation, reports, and other information to customers. Shall work with equipment vendors, service providers, system integrators and any necessary parties to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve all system-related problems so as to restore the system to operational ready state 24x7 Standby Support required Expected to work during off-peak hours on scheduled system activities when require.
Requirements
Diploma holder in IT or Hardware Engineering required Minimum 1 years of related working experience Strong hands-on technical skills on Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, TCPIP Configuration Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources Possessed problem solving & positive learning attitude. Willing to travel around Singapore Salary depending on experience and skillsets.
