Job Description

As a Server:

Warmly greet guests, present menus, and clearly explain daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Possess in-depth knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens. Provide timely and attentive service throughout the guest's visit, ensuring their needs are met. Serve food and beverages, ensuring order accuracy. Monitor table turnover and manage a section efficiently to maximize service. Process payments and handle cash responsibly. Reset tables quickly and prepare them for the next guests.

As a Bartender:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed, accuracy, and presentation in mind. Develop knowledge of our full menu, including cocktail recipes, wine list, and beer selection. Provide engaging and friendly service to guests seated at the bar. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including backstock. Manage bar inventory, place orders with management, and control liquor costs. Verify identification to ensure guests are of legal drinking age. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
