Requirements:

• Proficient in SAP.
• Able to handle invoicing, PO, DO, quotation, update delivery status and cash collection.
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Account maintenance: Maintaining accurate and up to date records of customer accounts, including contact information, payment history, and outstanding balances.
• Collections: Contacting customers who have outstanding balances to request payment or negotiate payment plans.
• Reconciliation: Reconciling customer accounts with payment received and resolving any discrepancies.
• Payment processing: Receiving and processing payments and customers, including cash, cheque and e-payment.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports.
• Process improvements: Identifying opportunities to improve the accounts receivable process and working with management to implement changes.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.
