Job Description




Attend to all service calls via emails, telephone and faxes, co-ordinate all the relevant works with Service Coordinator. Create Service Order from Navision upon service confirmation from Customer and allocate job numbers and job assign to Service Engineer. Compile all the service reports and relevant documents from Service Coordinator to process and generate service invoices to customers. To check Service Engineer overtime time and record on the Timesheet. To arrange hotel booking, air ticket and launch boat for Service Engineer when job assign. Create official Purchase Order to sub-contractors and suppliers if needed. Handle employee reimbursement, check expenses claim with proper receipt details Filling documents, general office duties (emails and courier) Provide admin support and ad-hoc duties as tasked.
Job Requirements


Minimum N/O/A Level/Diploma Holders in Office Skills A basic accounting knowledge At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position * Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office Application
