Job Description

  • Know how to used office tools
  • Handling office task and reports
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries via phone and emails or group messages
  • Prepare estimate quotation by consulting mechanic regarding necessary repairs and possible alternative to expensive repairs and send on time.
  • Update google sheet monitoring for customer Quotation, P.O and canvass
  • Provide real time scheduling by booking appointment and support and preventing conflicts.
  • Monitor sales performance and assign quota for each Service Advisor
  • Performs any task given by the Immediate Superior
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Experience:
  • Service Advisor: 1 year (Preferred)
