1. Technical Terms Training ( ON-THE-JOB )
2. Co-ordinate with Service Providers to Meet Customer\xe2\x80\x99s Demand on Vehicles Standards,
3. Raise Technical Query & Quotations.
4. Submit Customer Incident Form in System to Address Customer Concern.
5. Follow Up with Customer and Solicit Feedback on Repair Including Scheduling for Next Service Appointment.OTHERS:

Working 6 Day / ( 8:30 am to 5:30 pm ) - Alternate Saturday Full-Day
