Job Description

Primary Purpose and Function

1. Attend to customers at frontline and all phone calls received.

2.Create quotation for all customers 'repairs and advise them accordingly.

3. Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.

4. Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.

5. Ensure work provided addresses the concerns raised/required by customers.

6. Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered.

7. Handle and assist customers complaints regarding services.

8. Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.

9. Provide customer satisfaction follow up.

10. Any other matter as required or assigned by supervisor / superior.

Technical Skill / Knowledge

1. Provides simplified and quality services to all customer professionally.

2. Work as a team closely to fill up any possible service gaps.

3. Embrace self-responsibility for all customers and strive for continuous improvement.

4. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and independence at work.

5. Ability to react accordingly to work contingencies and requirements.

Requirement

Minimum Secondary N or O level

3 or more year working experience

Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, Malay, Indian or Dialect

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
