Perform test ride (bike) Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on motorcycle maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanic to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs Communicate with customers regarding service timelines, updates, and any additional repairs or maintenance needed Generate quotations, invoices and process payments accurately Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs. Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Minimum class 2A license with 1 year riding experience

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
