PART ONE
- Process a Technical Diploma / ITE Certs / Mechanical Preferred
- Valid Class 3 driving license, to Test drive with Customers if necessary.
- Have passion for AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY, self-learning and positive attitude of service.
- Attend ON-THE-JOB, 6 MONTHS training, as TECHNICIAN in the WORKSHOP, to get hands-on PRACTICAL experience, and to get familiar on our our RANGE OF VEHICLES plying the road.
- Performing simple troubleshooting and repair works, engine check, change engine oil, battery check/change, fluid change, tyre rotation and wheel alignment.
- After the LEARNING PACE,
- Report to After-Sales Dept ;
Assist Customers in determining problems with their vehicles and provide accurate repair descriptions to technicians.
Included scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections of vehicles, etc.
Provide TECHNICAL ADVICES and QUOTATIONS for consideration and acceptance.
Check invoices for correctness, before billing and explain individual items to Customers. \xe2\x80\x93 Using In-House Software Systems
Manage Customer\'s expectation and co-ordinate with Service Providers.

Working : 830 to 530 pm (Alt. Sat)
