Minimum Nitec in Automotive Engineering or any Technical Diploma. PC knowledge in Word/Excel/ Email / Vlookup/ Pivot Table / Spreadsheet Report. Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3) Be prepared to undergo workshop as Technician for 3-6 * / Requirement

Be prepared to undergo workshop as Technician for 3-6 mths , as to get hands-on practical experience.
-Dealing with English & Mandarin speaking Customers
-NO QUOTA FOR WORK PERMIT/ WORK PASS WORKERS
Report to Service Executive in AfterSales Dept.
Attend to Customer\'s vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical advices and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
Manage Customer\'s expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet Customer\'s demand.
Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services.
Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to Customers.
Raise technical query to Technical Team, when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted.
Test drive with Customers if necessary. * Tel
