• To handle express check-out for non-contracting transactions such as accessories sales

• To ensure minimal waiting and handling time for express check-out
• To promote accessories, prepaid cards and telephony sales
• Attend to simple sales enquiries

• To assist Concierge in Queue Management and Store Navigation

• Ensure customer receive their queue ticket expeditiously
• Ensure all appointment bookings are issue the appointment queue ticket
• Assist customer to navigate around the store

• Assist Concierge in promoting Digital Onboarding and Self-Service capabilities

• Assist customers on MSTA onboarding
• Assist customers on using Self-Kiosk

• General Cashiering and Administrative duties:

• To handle point of sales collection (cashiering)
• To tally daily sales takings
• To support the Retail Managers in Administrative duties

Skills for Success

• Min \'N\' Level and above
• Bonus if have sales or customer service related experience
• Basic MS Office skills
• Comfortable to work on shifts and weekend/PH
• *Entry-level graduates are welcome to apply
