About the Role

Enjoy interacting with people and being part of a dynamic environment? We're looking for Service Ambassadors who are passionate about providing excellent service and supporting sports and community events. You'll be part of a team that ensures smooth daily operations, engaging events, and safe facilities for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

A. Front Desk Services

Attend to guest registration, bookings, and general counter enquiries Handle public feedback in a courteous and professional manner Promote membership programmes and activities Enforce facility rules and uphold service standards

B. Events & Facilities Support

Assist in planning and executing sports or community events Manage participant registration and support event logistics Conduct equipment and facility checks to ensure safety and cleanliness Promote water safety awareness and assist at pool areas when required

C. Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance for daily operations Compile simple reports and documentation as needed

Requirements

Possess a valid

Standard First Aid Certificate

from a

Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC)

accredited training centre Prior experience in events, customer service, or facilities operations will be an advantage Friendly, proactive, and committed to delivering great service
