3. Uphold service standards & process transactions of eCommerce packages, mails & document
4. Ensure service quality & constant feedbacks loop and drive recovery plan
5. Receive and process timely dispatch of inbound/outbound, shipments, postal transactions and services adherence with applicable laws & regulation
6. Identify & support process improvements to enhance efficiencies & controls
7. Perform cashiering duties (e.g customers\' applications and bill payments) and adoption of latest technology and system tools within established guidelines.
8. Inventory management include safekeeping, checking, balancing of cash, stocks, mails and security items.
9. Ensure compliance & control standards are observed & met in the execution of customers\xe2\x80\x99 transactions
10. Able to work on weekends/PH
