Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • To provide technical and engineering services to customers issue concerning machines, by providing on call and on site direct support, whichever is applicable. This can be thru customer activation and by schedule under a particular service contracts.
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
  • Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality forms, and updating key design modifications to the design teams.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Lead machine buyoff at factory. Initiate preparations for machine delivery.
  • Lead machine installation at customer site. Liase with customer for project progress.
  • Meet project installation schedule and provide updates to Project Manager.
  • Lead machine buyoff at customer site. Perform project documentation and customer training.
  • Provide service support to customer upon activation by Project Manager.
  • Maintain company issued tools and gears, safekeeping them and request for replacement for wear & tear.
  • Perform proper housekeeping on work area regularly.
  • Adhere and follow company policy and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Train and orient newly hired team members for safety, rules, regulations and work culture

Job Requirement
  • BS in Engineering Graduate, Electrical or Mechatronic disciplined prefered.
  • Min 3 years relevant experience in Automation project with hands on skills
  • Familiar with Motion Dynamics, Pneumatic Systems and Process Tooling, and have basic knowledge in any Design Aided Softwares
  • Able to perform assigned tasks independently, safety practice always comes in priority
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, organized and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
