• Salary:$2500-$3000
• Location: Great world city / Tanglin Mall
• Working Hours : 5 days per week ( schedule by management) 7am-4.30pm / 1pm-10pm ( mon to fri)( Must be able to commit to both)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents

• Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents

• Ensure that residents' request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay

• Provide all residents with accurate and in-depth information upon their request; good knowledge of products, services, pricing and special events

• Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality

• Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required

• Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
