Service Associate
Job Description
As a Room Attendant, we rely on you to:
Maintains and cleans guest rooms, corridors and floor pantries as per established standard operating procedures. Replaces all supplies, amenities and linens as per established standard operating procedures. Ensures rooms are cleaned according to Rooms Requirement of the day. Reports any loss or damage of linen, furniture fixture or equipment to the Service Leader - Guest Floor. Reports maintenance deficiencies to the Service Leader - Guest Floor. Reports any lost and found item to Lost and Found room immediately. Execute epidemic prevention tasks, including self-protection / disinfection / emergency response tasks.
