Job Description
- Provision of excellent customer service
- Address inquiries from customers, provide recommendations and take orders
- Ensure area layout, placement and cleanliness of dining room and its furniture are of highest standard
- Oversee payment transactions and cashiering.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage
- Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurants by collaborating with other staff (i.e. kitchen)
- Continuously learn about our menu items, promotions, and other offerings, and share knowledge with customers
- Exercise professionalism when managing complaints/escalations/ or inquiries and direct to appropriate channels where required
- Any other duties as assigned
- Min 1 year experience in customer service within F&B
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
