Address inquiries from customers, provide recommendations and take orders
Ensure area layout, placement and cleanliness of dining room and its furniture are of highest standard
Oversee payment transactions and cashiering.
Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage
Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurants by collaborating with other staff (i.e. kitchen)
Continuously learn about our menu items, promotions, and other offerings, and share knowledge with customers
Exercise professionalism when managing complaints/escalations/ or inquiries and direct to appropriate channels where required
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min 1 year experience in customer service within F&B
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
