Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To perform bed allocation on systems, complying to Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • Work closely with different departments and update the status of bed availability
  • To monitor and manage bed allocation
  • Attend to enquiries and follow up on bed requests
  • To assist in the preparation of hospital bed census and reporting when required
  • Ad-hoc others admin duties in the department
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
  • Computer literacy in internet, email and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
  • Wiiling to shift 3 rotating shift including working weekends and Public Holidays
