Sweet Spot Express, our latest Grab and Go caf\xc3\xa9, is the sister outlet to our very popular Sweetspot caf\xc3\xa9 located at Marina Bay Sands. We will be serving a delectable menu of sweet and savory local-inspired pastries and delights, an extensive array of coffee and other beverages, and carefully crafted \xe2\x80\x9cgrab and go\xe2\x80\x9d items. We are looking for driven and motivated individuals keen to work in a fast-paced environment and focused on providing excellent and exceptional service to our most valuable guests.

Job Scope

• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests
• Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the cafe for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service
• Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and up-selling, well-versed in all aspects of the menu
• Handling all restaurant telephone inquiries
• All other administrative duties in the restaurant

• Minimum Secondary school education with \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
