Attend to customers including front-counter duties.
Handle calls, inquiries and appointments
Provide administrative support such as cashiering, scanning, data entry, word processing, photocopying, and printing.
Perform basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, general housekeeping & maintenance to resolve problem reported with minimal upward reference.
Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
Ensure work meets quality specifications.
Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.
Any other duties as and when assigned.
