Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Take reservations and enquire purpose of visit.
Greet each guest courteously and promptly.
Share promotions, specials and items to customers.
Take food and beverage orders, repeat orders to guests, inform guest of estimated service time.
Oversee a team of servers who are assigned to his/her shift.
Efficiently input orders in the Point-of-Sale system.
Process payment and check bills promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
Assist manager by getting involved in planning and organizing of special events.
Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.
Troubleshoot any issues related to cashier payments.
Escalate guests feedback to duty manager.
Good command of spoken English
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Team player, preferable with good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive service attitude, coachable
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
