Greet and welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant and menu. Offer professional advice and answer guests' questions, including menu recommendations, food ingredients, and drink pairings. Take guest orders and communicate them to the kitchen accurately and promptly. Deliver high-quality service, including serving food and beverages, setting and clearing tables, and preparing utensils and napkins. Ensure the restaurant environment is clean and orderly, including table surfaces, chairs, floors, and utensils. Handle guest payments, including billing and membership points, and maintain accurate records. Recognize and accommodate guests' special needs, such as food allergies or dietary preferences, and coordinate with the kitchen accordingly. Work closely with chefs and other servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes. Build and maintain good customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Comply with restaurant hygiene and safety regulations to ensure food safety and guest health.

Job Skills:
