We are looking for a Service Centre Manager to join our team!

As a Service Centre Manager, we rely on you to:

• Ensure smooth operation in the Service Centre on a daily basis
• Supervise and direct the Service Centre team
• Ensure that the communication system of the hotel is well maintained and all communication are handled effectively
• Ensure all interactions, telephone calls and enquiries are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to service standards
• Provide guests with an effective one stop service
• Ensure proper communication with respective departments

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Is a self-starter
• Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Loves interacting with guests
• Has experience in the same capacity with hotel background
• Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
• Has strong interpersonal skills
