We are looking for a Service Centre Supervisor to join our team!

As a Service Centre Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Provides a warm, helpful and informative service over the phone
• Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Is a self-starter and a team player
• Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
